I spent WAY too long noodling around with this one in Photoshop. It's the most complicated piece I've colored thus far and at one point it went from reasonably clean and simple to being a total mess. I hope I was able to bring it back around again... at least into the realm of 'decent'.

So, just a question, but how much of this is digital and how much is traditional?

Did you draw this out by hand before you drew it out on the computer?

In any case, it's an awesome concept, well rendered, just cool. not a real stretch of the imagination, but this reminds me a lot of 1984 - very cool

All the line art is done by hand and scanned. Maybe I'll start posting the B& W line art before I do the colors so people can give better critiques... I just had so much B&W in my gallery, I've been going kind of crazy with the colors.

I was asking because I am curious about the balance you have between digital and traditional medium. I wind up most entirely digital, and I'm increasingly unsure of how I feel about that....

So I was just asking for askings sake.
